Question: How about Quality Guarantee and Support in case of defect?
Answer: we believe if you buy any optical equipment and products, you must consider the equipment quality and after-sale service information from a supplier first, second for price, we are professional and do this three points in a very good way, we will strictly inspect each equipment by our Inspection Dept. when ready to delivery.
In case of defect, we will send the relevant parts and accessory for clients to replace or repair, we are proud of our equipment until now and very less to occur quality problem.If you don't understand how to repair/adjust the equipment, we will provide the support and send the related information for you to know how to use.
